RECIPE

1 cup cake flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 egg, beaten1 x 440g creamstyle corn1 & ½ teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon crushed cumin ½ teaspoon crushed coriander 1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons coriander leaves choppedOlive oil
1. Combine all ingredients except oil.2. Heat a non stick pan and lightly coat with oil. 3. Drop spoonfuls of mixture and cook on both sides.4. Repeat till mixture is used.
