1 kg prawns
2 whole green chillis
4 curry leaves
4-5 medium tomatoes
1 tablespoon salt
1 ½ tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 tablespoon chilli powder
¼ tablespoon arad (Turmeric)
1 level teaspoon ground garlic
Braise onions,chillies & curry leaves till onions are golden brown.Add prawns.Once prawns are cooked Add chilli powder,arad (Turmeric),dhana Jeeru (Cumin),salt & garlic.Simmer for about 5 minutes then add tomatoes.
