Inspired and adapted2 cups riceFor the rice if normal rice boil almost done in tumeric and salt and wash and rince and drsin
If basmati then boil for like 5 minutes rince and drainKeep aside 400 g prawn (I use meat,)Devein rince add 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon green garlic masalaKeep asideIn a pot add3 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)3 tablespoon oilHeat1 large sliced onion½ teaspoon whole jeera½ mustard seedsFew curry leaves Cinnamon sticksCrushed Elachi (cardomom) (use pods if you prefer)Add2 medium.chopped tomato3 tablespoon tomato puree,1 tablespoon aminas seafood wet spice1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala1 ½ teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon tumeric1 tablespoon saltBraiseToss few minutesAdd veges see belowSteam 1 cup mixed veg just peas corn and carrot robot peppers with salt( You can add what ever veg)DrainAdd to the pot Cook few minutes till all well blendedNow add Prawn meatNow Toss for few minutes add chopped shallot and chopped green dhania (coriander)Add your riceToss wellAdd ½ cup.waterIf using basmati remember you only boiled it for little while doAdd ¾ cup waterMake a wagaat with ghee (Clarified butter) and little onionPut in oven cover with foil to steam for 1 hour at 180* if you feel it's a bit dry add little boiling water from the topBefore serving garnish with more chopped green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with Dahi / Salads
