Peri peri prawns

Butterfly cleaned prawns π¦ In a dish mix: 1 teaspoon chilli garlic masala (any red masala)3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon Nandos bushveld peri peri sauce1 tablespoon steers hot peri peri 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder 1 teaspoon coarse red chilli powderSalt to tasteMix and dip in prawn in marinate Set on a dish and allow to marinate for 1 hour.Cook on an electric frying pan with garlic butter.

ButterLemon juiceAromat (a South African Spice)Crushed garlicFresh creamCoarse red chilli powder Fine red chilli powder
Bring above to boil
Add fresh cream Dilute 1 teaspoon corn flour in a little milkAdd to lemon butter and keep whisking.Pour over cooked prawns.Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges, savory rice & fries π

- Butterfly cleaned prawns- Cook over high heat quickly in garlic butter & salt. Do not overcook.- In a sauce pot melt* 125g garlic butter* add 4-5 tab lemon juice* salt if needed* slowly add 250ml fresh cream while stirring* dilute 1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) in a little milk & add to sauce. Keep stirring as it thickens- Simmer but do not boil.- Pour over cooked prawns- Top with chopped parsley & lemon wedges on the side.- Serve hot with spicy rice & crispy chips
