INGREDIENTS
1/ 2 kg chicken / mutton mince
1 onion
Salt 2 taste
2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder or less
1 tablespoon dana jeera powder
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon garam masala
3 tomatoes grated
¼ cup peas (optional)
2 green peppers halved
½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
Green dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) °̩ή pot. Saute onions til brown. Add ginger garlic masala and rest of spices braise for 1- 2 minutes. Add mince in & cook till water has evaporated. Add the tomatoes & peas cook for little while. Then add peppers & cook on low until peppers are soft. Stuff mince into peppers once its cooked
Garnish with chopped greens.
Serve ώĩ†̥ђ roti or naan or rice
