½ kg Chicken mince1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon garlic1 large grated onion(water squeezed)Less than ¼ cup oilLittle chopped robot peppers2 slices bread (soaked lightly)½ cup bread crumbs½ cup cake flour 2 teaspoon baking powder1 tablespoon chicken spice1 teaspoon lemon pepperDash of white pepper1Tblsp green chilli.paste ½ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon mustard or mayo sauce Chopped green dhania (coriander) shallot and very little mintMix all of the above togetherPlace in a well greased casseroleSprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top And handful of Corn Flakes optional)Press it flatBake at 180* for 45-50 minutesWhen cool cut into squares Can be frozen When required Dip in egg. And lightly fryServe with chips or salads or mashEnjoy
