INGREDIENTS
1 ½ Bunch Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach)
5 to 6 green chillies
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 big onion cut roughly
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon whole or crushed dhana
1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds
¼ teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon sugar
2 extra large eggs
Little over ½ cup milk
1/2cup Chana flour
½ cup mealie meal
4 tablespoon spoon flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup oil
1 tin cream style corn
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
in a liquidizer add the onions , chillies , whole dhana whole jeera seeds and garlic cloves , give it a mix until smooth and pasty now add the Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) , eggs , milk , sugar , salt and haldi and blend all this until smooth .
In a dish , mix together the flour , Chana flour , mealie meal ,baking powder , cream style corn , oil and the liquidized mixture , mix well using a spoon .
Grease an oven tray pour mixture top with poppy seeds and bake for about 20 minutes or until done .
