RECIPE
Braise 1 finely diced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) Add in 1 kg washed and drained mince (I use chicken mince)2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic masala 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon salt Break up mince as it cooks. Add in 1 cup chopped robot peppers 3 liquidised tomatoes 🍅 4 cut potatoes (optional fried potatoes)1 cup water Cook on low till potatoes r soft and curry is thick.Garnish with greens Serve with rice or rotis or over spaghetti 🍝
