masala chicken filling, a rich batter, and a golden-baked crust. 🥧

RECIPE
Masala chicken fiilling500 g chickenSalt to taste 2 teaspoon red chilli powder (I use suhanas xh chilli powder)1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste¼ teaspoon turmeric 1 cardamom pods1 clove1 piece cinnamon stickDrizzle a bit of oilCook until done.Remove whole spices.
Batter :2 cups.flour125 g butterRub mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs
Add 3 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper
Mix together 1 ½ cups milk2 eggs
Add this to flour and form a pourable batter.Pour half the mixture in a dish and layer.Then add filling.Top with tomato slices, green pepper slices, onion slices and tomato sauce.Cover with the other half of the batter.Brush top with beaten egg.Sprinkle white and black poppyseeds over.Garnish with tomato and pepper cubes and thinly sliced chillies.
Can add grated cheese and boiled eggs slices if desired. (Optional)
Bake until done.
