INGREDIENTS
Add cooked eggs1 kg Mince2 Onions(chopped)1 Tomatoes1 Garlic clovesHalf Green Pepper (chopped) 2 Kardamon pods3 Stick Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Paprika2 teaspoon Leaf Masala1 teaspoon JieraHalf teaspoon TumericSaltOilHalf cup water5 potatoes (halved), cooked for 10 minutes.3 Curry leavesDanya chopped
METHOD
Braise the onion in the pot, until golden then add the tomatoes, green pepper, garlic.Cook the potatoes & set aside.Add the spices & mince, curry leaves, potatoes. Cook for 25-30 minutes by adding the water slowly. Danya on top. Njoy with Fragrant white Rice or Roti😃Mango Atchar
