6 potatoes washed and cut 4 tomatoes liquidised
1 tablespoon fine dhana1 tablespoon fine jeeru (cumin)1 tablespoon fine adams red chillies powder
Freshly cut dhania (coriander) to garnish
3 cups washed rice 2 tablespoon oil Water to boil 3 cinnamon sticks 3 cloves 3 Elachi (cardomom)

Braise,onion in fair sized pot till golden brown with whole jeeru (cumin).cloves.cinnamon sticks.and Elachi (cardomom)..curry leaves Add chicken lower heat add haldi.salt and ginger /garlic Allow to cook till you can smell the masalas
Add a,cup if water allow chicken to cook for 10mins
Add tomatoes...Add masala Dhanajeeru (cumin)Adams red chillie powder And a,teaspoon salt according to taste
Allow potatoes to cook till done
Then cut dhania (coriander) before serving
Add oil plus cinnamon stick .cloves and Elachi (cardomom)Let it get hot Pour water in Allow to boil Add salt to taste
Add washed rice
Allow to boil usually 15 minutes put on low heat allow to simmer till rice is done ...

Can be served with rotis instead of rice
With katchumer..and papar...
