Potato N Pur Nests

Potato and pur nests
Ready made samoosa pur
2 tablespoon oil

1 cup cubed potatoes
½ cup water
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fine red chillies
¼ teaspoon whole jiro
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Cut pur into thin strips.
Add oil and rub together.
Divide into 12 lightly greased muffin pans and bake in moderate oven till golden.

Combine all ingredients for filling in pot except sauces. Steam over med heat till well done. Add sauces stir. Spoon filling onto pur nests.
Top with finely chopped peppers and coriander leaves.
