INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour4 tablespoons sugar (Adjusted to taste)2 teaspoons baking powder1 tablespoon Robertson's cinnamon powder1 tablespoon Robertson's mixed spice2 cups milk (adjusted to consistency)1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon melted butter1 egg
METHOD
Add all dry ingredients into mixing bowl.Add milk and beat well till no lumps are formed.And the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.Leave batter to rest for 5 minutes.Spray and cook a heavy based pan. Drop a little batter at a time, swirl to form a round pancake.Flip over when bubbles form and remove. Dust with icing sugar.
