250g butter ½ cup sugar ½ cup maziena (sifted) 1 ½ - 2 cups flour (sifted) 1 cup chopped almonds 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Cream butter and sugar and essence until creamy. Add sifted maziena and beat. Add almonds mix well. Lastly add enough flour to make soft dough. Roll into a log as u would do for eet-sum-more put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut slices bake for 15 minutes on 180 deg when cool dust with icing sugar.
