RECIPE

1 cup flour1 cup sugar . 1 cup fresh cream. 3 eggs. 2 teaspoon baking powder. ½ teaspoon vanillaa esence. Beat all ingredients for about a minute. Pour into pyrex/cake tin.Bake At 180 for approx 35 minutesPour topping over while hot and put under grill for one minutes
Topping:2 tablespoon fresh cream. 50g butter . ¼ cup sugar.Bring to a boil. Pour topping overSprinkle almonds
