METHOD

Divide batter among the three pans. I'm only a baker now because of lockdown so I don't posses luxuries like THREE round pans .I used my photography prop as one and then I used the cheesecake pans for the other 2 (also photography prop)I did a test run with the first cheesecake pan just incase it decides to seep tru the bottom And it was fine ! No seeping Baked well shukr.The other one wasn't so kindMost of it dripped onto the bottom of the oven But I must sayThe bottom of the oven bakes quite well It was like a pancake when I removed it.Pity I couldn't eat it .
Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.In the center of the cake not your mouth yaar.
Cool on wire racks for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes onto the racks and allow to cool completely.
Oh and then you slice of the tops because you gonna layer it putting icing on each layer.
My icing recipe is on another post .don't be lazy go read it and comment also why you so boring. I want to know how annoying you think I am.I'd appreciate it your criticism. Not really. ..Oh and the parts that I sliced off I used to make a dessert !!!Break up up and top with the same choc sauce you gonna make for this cake So make EXTRA .and throw in some choc pieces if you haven't eaten everything.Serve warm with ice cream.2 recipes in one !!Hows that !!..Mention not yaar .But you welcome
