INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
¾ cup cocoa
2 teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
METHOD
Mix all together until a smooth batter forms..
Place in a greased pan..bake at 180 until a skewer inserted comes out clean..allow to cool.
TOPPING
100g diary milk chocolate
250ml fresh cream
Melt chocolate into fresh cream,heat together..
Add 6 tablespoon nutella and 4 tablespoon icing sugar
Allow to harden for ±hour in fridge..scrape into bowl,beat with electric beaters till fluffy..spread over cake,decorate as desired..
