Boil 1 cup rice tint lemon colour or leave white drain
Make syrup with 1 cup water And 1 & ½ cup sugar In pot add 4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Add 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 teaspoon poppy seeds ¼ cup sultanas or raisins Chopped almonds 1 cup dessicated coconut Saffron. Cinnamon sticks 2 Elachi (cardomom) pod 2 cloves Rose essence crushed Elachi (cardomom) Add ¼ tin condensed Braise Add the rice add sugar syrup as u require Decorate with coloured flaked coconut or almond slices Saffron Bake in oven 180* for 30 minutes till a bit dry but a bit moist Enjoy Something almost similar to Jardo
