Dough 6 cups flour 6 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt 375g butter (grated) 2 eggs (beaten) Apricot Jam Milk (enough to make a soft dough) Mix all the dry ingredients together then add grated butter.Rub butter in to form bread crumbs.Add eggs and milk. Coconut 1 egg white 75g sugar 150g coconut Beat egg white till stiff.Gradually Add in sugar and coconut. Use spray and cook on the pan first. For jam tart add Jam first onto the base. You can add your strips of dough over. For coconut tart add jam onto base then coconut filling on top. Add your strips of dough on top, Once done brush with egg and bake at 180deg.
