Cashews and coconut cake
Beat 4 whites stiff.
To the yolks add :
1 cup castor sugar
Beat.
Add in:
1 cup flour
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water
Vanilla extract
3 teaspoon baking powder
Fold 2 slabs grated cashews and coconut chocolate.
Fold in whites.
Bake. Decorate as desired.
