500ml fresh cream
200grm milky bar
1 box white chockits ( process quarter of
the box chop the rest into small pieces
10 rafaellos(6 cut into quarters and 4 cut
into halves reserve these 4 for decorating)
4 eggs separated
2 tablespoon vanilla essence
Mix yolks with vanilla essence in a big bowl
and set aside.
Beat egg whites stiff and set aside.
Beat fresh cream stiff and set aside.
Fold in the cream to the yolks and then fold in the whites. Melt milky bar chocolate in microwave and mix in. Lastly add and mix in the chockits and rafaellos.
Chill for couple hours to set in desired dessert bowls or pyrex.
Decorate with remainder half cut rafaellos.
You can also use Toblerone,Lindt,ferrero,or
whole nut instead.
