Ingredients 1 cup fresh cream2 tablespoon icing sugar 2 tablespoon Klim powderSmall tin creamΒ½ tin condensed milk ΒΌ cup pistachios roasted and ground not to fineDrop of cardamom essence Drop rose essence
METHOD
Method:1. Beat the fresh cream , icing sugar and klim till stiff.2. Lightly fold in cream and condensed milk ( donot overmix)2. Mix in essence and pistachios into fresh cream until well mixed .3.
