Mix till no lumps4) Beat egg whites till stiff and add to flour mix. Add essences, colouring & pistachios and fold in. 5) Pour batter into prepared pans and bake @ 180° for 15-20 minutes. Depending on your oven and pan used. I used 2 round pans.
Whip cream, sweeten with 2 tablespoons icing sugar, color with green gel color. Fold in some slivered pistachios. Sandwich cake with cream. Spread cream on top of cake & around cake and decor cake with rose petals and roses.
