125 g softened butter
3⁄4 c castor sugar
1.5 c flour
Vanilla essence (generous amount)
180 ml milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat oven at 180c
Cream butter and sugar until pale.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well
Sift flour and baking powder,and add to creamed mixture. Stir in milk and essence. Mix till smooth and no lumps appear.
Pour into cupcake liners and bake for 15 minutes at 180C.
