Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract, oil & water. Beat. Add sifted dry ingredients. Pour into round cake pan and bake at 180 deg C for 30 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on a cooling rack. Slice the cake in half and sandwich with butter cream. Beat together caramel treat and fresh cream. Top cake with more butter cream and drizzle caramel over.One can drizzle caramel between layers as well...
