125g Butter2 tablespoon Oil (Optional)1 Cup Castor SugarBeat mix well till smoothNow add Vanilla EssenceAdd 2 Eggs ( Beat One Egg at a time)Now Add 1 Cup MilkBeat mix WellIn a Seperate DishAdd +- 2 Cups of SIFTED FlourAnd Mixed with2 teaspoon Baking Powder (LEAVE OUT IF YOU USING SELF RAISING FLOUR)NowGradually the Flour to the liquid mixture whilst BeatingPour onto a Greased Baking sheet
Bake for +- 20-minutes or until the skewer comes out cleanNowMake the Coconut FrostingI don't use measurementI just melted 3-4 tablespoon butterWith 1 Cup SugarLet it turn colourLet it cool quicklyNowAnd +- 3-4 tablespoon or More Milk1 Egg well beatenvanilla essenceAnd dessicated Coconut (I used ¾ Cup you can add moreThen smear over the CakePlace back in ovenTo bake for a further 10 minutesTillFor it to get a nice golden colourOnce doneCoolThen SliceKeep in airtight containerEnjoy
