RECIPE
STEP 1In a food processor Beat 125 g Soft butter Add ½ cup Sugar Beat till light and creamy Add Vanilla essence Add 1 EggBeat mix well In a separate dish Sift Now add +-2 Cups of Flour 2 teaspoon Baking Powder Gradually add to the butter mix to make a soft DoughDivide into 2 portions Roll out the size of the 2 cake round baking traysGrease and flatten each portion on the round trays and poke few holesWith a skewer Bake at +-170* for +-12-15 minutes or until done Remove from ovenKEEP ASIDE TO COOL
STEP 2In a separate pot on Stove Bring to boil +-3 & ½ cups of milkAdd cinnamon sticks to the milkAnd 100g Butter Let it boil
STEP 3In a Separate BowlBeat 3 EggsVanilla essence 1 cup sugar Beat till fluffy STEP 3In a separate bowl mix a little water or milk to Make a paste with +- 5 tablespoon Mazina (Corn Flour)Beat till smoothNow add the Mazina to the above mixture Mix all together
Now add this to the BOILING Milk mixture whilst stirring all the time to make a nice thickish SMOOTH CUSTARDRemove the Cinnamon sticks from the mixturePour equally the mixture to the baked cooled TartsDust with Cinnamon PowderSet in Fridge Enjoy 😋
