INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cup cake flour½ cup icing sugar 113g margarine 1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla

METHOD

In a blender add flour + icing sugar + margarine and plus till it resembles sandAdd egg and vanilla and plus again turn out on a work surface and knead slightly till it forms a dough wrap in cling fling and refrigerator for 30 minutes roll out and cut in to circle and add to the foil cups and refrigerator for 1 hour poke a hole with a fork Bake in a preheated oven @180c for 15 - 20 minutes
