• store bought puff pastry
• 1 tin caramel treat
• sweet but firm bananas
• melted white chocolate
1. Cut rounds of pastry and bake in preheated oven at 180 deg until puffed and golden.
2. Beat caramel treat till smooth, then spoon onto cooled pastry puffs.
3. Slice bananas and arrange on top of caramel.
4. Drizzle on melted white chocolate.
5. Chill in fridge before serving.
