Banoffee Tart

Ingredients:1 x 400g roll puff pastry4 large bananas2 tins Nestle caramel treat1 large tin Nestle dessert cream /or 250ml fresh cream (whipped)1 Cadbury Fake
Method:1. Preheat oven to 200°C.2. Grease an oven sheet tray.3. Unroll pastry on lightly floured surface.4. Roll pastry out to fit tray.5. Place down and poke all over with a fork.6. Blind bake for 35-45min until golden and puffed.6. Remove from oven and cool.7. Beat the 2 tins caramel treat with ½ tin of the dessert cream.8. Spoon half of caramel mixture onto the pastry.9. Place onto the caramel the sliced bananas.10. Now spoon over the bananas, the remainder caramel.11. Spread over the remainder dessert cream.12. Sprinkle with crushed flake.13. Place in refrigerator to set and chill. 14. Slice into even squares.15. Serve chilled.
Note:•You make a second layer of pastry to sandwich the filling, topping with dessert cream and crushed flake.•You could make into 2x round tarts, topping with whipped cream, or dessert cream and crushed flake.•You could make this into individual mini tarts as well, rounds/squares/rectangles.
