Filling Ingredients:
1 x 397g tin condensed milk
250 ml whipped cream
Juice of 4 large lemons
Crust Ingredients:
1 ½ pkts crushed marie biscuits
80 ml melted Stork Bake margarine
METHOD
Mix crushed biscuits and melted Stork Bake together and line the bottom of a pie dish with it. Whip cream to soft peaks and stir in the condensed milk, mixing well. Stir in the lemon juice, mix well and pour into the crust. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving, keeps very well.
Baking time 2 hours
serves 8- 12 slices
