I used 5 large limes - (boiled cos I like skin soft) You Can leave it as you preferUse whatever fruit you prefer Bor sourfigs prunes orange nartrjiesMangoes lemon.. Lime.. Strawnerry.. Kiwi.. Slice Remove seeds Sprinkle salt Allow to dry for a while FOR SYRUP 2 METHODSFIRST METHODJust pour Golden Syrup or Maple Syrup over SECOND METHOD Make a Thick Red Syrup With SUGAR that coats the Fruit+ - 2.cup sugar,Red Food Colouring½ teaspoon Tartaric Acid (it gives a shine to the syrup) +- 1 & ½ cup water¼ cup vinegarLet it Cool Then mix the fruit in so it well coatedPut in Airtight tupperware or seal in small packets for SaleEnjoy
