I love roasted sweetcorn but cant resist this one even more.Im sure you all have tried this one out once.If not...hmmmm what are you waiting for.
Its so easy to make.



Boil sweetcorn until done.Roast under a flame until slightly charred.
To a small sauce pan, melt butter. Switch the heat off. While still hot, add lemon juice, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.Brush over the sweetcorn.Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley or coriander.Absolutely yummy!!!!!
