Sweet Chilli Chops

INGREDIENTS

1kg chops2 teaspoon @ purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice-sa red masalaLemon juice 2tbl tomato sauce 2tbl sweet chilli sauce 2 tablespoon chilli sauce or peri peri sauce1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice I used 6 gun grill spice.Marinate and bake till done. Basting sauce:2 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon garlic paste 3 tablespoon peri peri sauce 3 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

METHOD

Baste chops as it's baking in oven.I served it with mash
