1 cup tastic rice
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Boil in water till soft
When cooked drain.
In pot heat 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter), add rice, 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoon lemon juice and some saffron. Steam on low till done. Garnish with nuts. Enjoy.
