Soak 1 Cup Dhal overnightBoil DhalDrain. MASH SLIGHTLYAnd keep aside
In a Dish
Make Dough for RotiNO SALT2 Cups Flour3 tablespoon Melted ghee (Clarified butter) OR OILRub the ghee (Clarified butter) / Oil in the flour to resemble bread CrumbsMix with Hot Water
Keep Aside
In a Seperate Pot
Add in Boiled DhalAdd 2 or 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) don't add too much Add+- 1 Cup sugar Or (ghor (molasses) and Sugar Mixed)Crushed ½ teaspoon Crushed Elachi (cardomom) powderPINCH of Nutmeg or CinnamonCook on stove stir till sugar dissolves and the mixture is THICK AND LUMPY ALMOST DRY AND NOT WETTISHAllow to coolMake Dhal Balls keep aside
Roll out Roti.Discs Small Saucer sizes
Place Dhal Ball on the RotiClose up like a BallThen roll out the Roti discsGrill on the Tawa Or PanBrush with ghee (Clarified butter)
