Sweetcorn Quiche

INGREDIENTS

1 tin Rhodes or KOO Creamstyle corn¼ cup melted butter2/3 cup self raising flour2 eggs beatenLots of Grated cheeseSeasoning (as per your choice)

METHOD

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased baking tin. Bake at 180 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.

INFO & TIPS

The original recipe didnt ask for any seasonings. I added crushed garlic,black pepper and dried herbs.
