500g chicken fillet cubed
Cook with salt, pepper, lemon juice and green masala.
Cut pie dough into rounds, place in foil cup and fill chicken.
250ml fresh cream whipped
2 egg whites beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Put 1 teaspoon of above on chicken
Top with grated cheese and a slice of pepper.
Ready to freeze.
Bake at 180 till done.
