Braize 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with peppercorns ground green chillies and TajAdd in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa khuri masala4 cubed fillets 1 ½ teaspoon salt1 heaped teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon black pepper 🌶 ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)CookAdd in ¼ cup flour. Cook out flour.Add in 1½ litres milk1 tin whole kernel corn 🌽 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn Simmer in low.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander)
