INGREDIENTS
Chicken fillet (cubed)Chopped onionChopped garlicChopped gingerChopped green chilliCumin seeds

Cooked carrotsCooked green beans Cooked cornCooked barley
Chicken stock cube dissolved in waterChopped mint and dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Heat oil and ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot,allow to sizzle.
Add in the whole spices, followed by the chicken fillet. Cook for a minute until chicken changes colour.
Then add in the chopped ginger and garlic,followed by the green chilli and dried spices.
Cook until the liquid from the chicken is almost dried out.
Add in the chicken stock,vegetables and barley.
Adjust seasonings,mix well and serve with chopped mint and dhania (coriander).
INFO & TIPS
I omitted salt because the stock cube already has a lot of salt.
