1 chicken cutWash and drain
Marinate with:2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon crushed garlic2 tablespoons oil2 tablespoons lemon juice1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon Dhana jeera powder1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 Teaspoon crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon barbecue spice 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
Cook on low heat till done. Allow to cool.
Coat in cake flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs.
Fry in medium hot oil till golden.

Put cake flour in a bag and shake
Put bread crumbs in a bag and shake less mess and works faster.
Make homemade bread crumbs buy grinding your normal Kellogg's cornflakes and season with some parsley
