1 whole chicken, disjointed or 8 - 10 pieces chicken 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon green masala 1 ½ cups cake flour Seasonings salt, black pepper 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon lemon and herb3 eggs 1 ½ teaspoon dry mixed herbs1 Tablespoon mazeina 2 teaspoon paprika 2 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon garlic spice1 cup Southern fried breadcrumbsOil for frying
Prepare chicken wash, drain, dab pieces with clean kitchen towel.
Marinate In a bowl, add all Seasonings, spices wet paste and green masala. Steam, remove pieces when pieced should run clear juices.
Steps Combine flour and mazeina together in a bowl, place the huge chicken pieces toss.
Prepare beaten eggs in a separate bowl. Next dip the chicken in beaten eggs
Southern fried Breadcrumbs in a flat plate. Lastly coat in the Breadcrumbs, shake off excess Breadcrumbs. Place in a flat tray, chill for 10-15 minutes on the refridgerate.
In a deep saucepan fry the pieces in preheated oil, until golden brown for at least 10-12 minutes evenly
Drain off excess oil, these can be served immediately with hot chips and green salad or mash. Garnish with lemon wedges.
