NOTE THIS HAS NO EXACT MEASUREMENTS
4-5 Potatoes boiled in salt drainedAdded Butter and little milk ½ can Creamstyle cornLittle of finely chopped green peppers 1 & ¼ Cup Flour4 teaspoon baking powderLess than ¼ cup oil+- 1 &½ Crushed Red Chilli1 teaspoon Green chilli paste 1 Onion Chopped and braised in Butter with mustard seeds and whole crushed Jeeru (Cumin) 1 & ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix½ teaspoon Garam Masala+- 1 teaspoon Vinegar little LemonMayonnaise(Egg free)Chopped Shallot, dhania (coriander), (mint is optional)Mix all of the above togetherADJUST SALT AND CHIILLIAdd little milk if Batter Is too thickPour the batter in a greased traySprinkle Sesame seeds or Poppy Bake at 180 for 25 minutesRemove Grate cheeses over Place back in oven fur another 15 minutesThis will be soft as we are using creamstyle cornAllow to cool so you can cut Pieces Enjoy with Mint Chutney😋
