RECIPE
4-5 potatoes
Peel....cube..&..boil in salt water when soft. Mash with 2 tablespoon of butter, crushed black pepper and Green Chillies green chopped dhania (coriander)
Few thin slices or chopped finely red onion
Mould into ping ball sizes
Take lettuce either tear up the leaves or place at bottom of serving platter
Take balls and place on lettuce bed
take slices of thin ring of cucumber and place on sides of the platter ( your potato balls are in the centre)
Take ¾ tin nestle dessert cream add a bit of mayo and sugar to taste
Beat well
Pour over the potato balls
Sprinkle few sliced or chopped red onion crush black peper over and garnish chopped green dhania (coriander) over
