½ kg chicken fillet cut into thick strips
1 ½ teaspoon red ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon roberston BBQ spice
1 teaspoon Robertson chicken spice
DIP IN :
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon crushed pepper
marinade chicken for atleast 1 hour or overnight.
In a separate bowl mix together the DIP IN ingredients pour the flour mix into chicken and using your hands mix until chicken coated .
Heat up the oil and shallow fry on medium to low until done .
Serve with chips , miracle whip and salad .
