½ kg chicken fillet cut into strips 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon red chili paste ½ lemon freshly squeezed 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 tablespoon chicken spice ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon oregano 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon prego sauce 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
veggies : 1 green pepper sliced 1 big onion slices ½ cup mixed veggies ½ cup corn
butter black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic
Rice : 2 cups rice ¼ teaspoon egg yellow / haldi ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon chinese salt ( optional ) handful spring onions
slice 2 potatoes extremely thin .
Marinate chicken in all the spices and sauce .Add butter and cook until the chicken strips are cooked completely.Set aside . Veggies :Add butter and garlic braise add veggies and pepper and stir fry about 5 minutes . Rice :In a pot add water egg yellow and allow this to steam halfway .Drain out the water rinse with cold water . In a pot add some butter garlic braise add spring onions as well as the rice and cook completely adding water to cook rice . Fry potatoes until crispy almost like crisp . Assemble :In a oven proof dish add the rice at the bottom . layer the stir fry on top of that.Add the chicken strips . Add a layer of slices jalapenos fro the bottle . Cover with foil place in the oven . Remove just before u going to serve add blobs of sour cream place the potatoes on the side and serve immediately. Garnish with spring onions If you don't wanna blob on sour cream serve on the side . ( if you eat spicy add some jalapeno sauce to the sour cream and mix ) If u don't have sour cream use plain yogurt chop up some dhania (coriander) and add salt and mix this . slice some avocados as well .
