2 cups snowflake flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoon oil 2 ½ teaspoon plain yogurt
for chicken : ½ kg chicken fillet thin slices 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 tablespoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice ½ teaspoon lemon pepper salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 chopped up tomatoes
In the meantime add the the ingredients and using your fingers form breadcrumb like texture . add the yeast water and form a soft dough . add more water if necessary .
cover and allow dough to rest for atleast 1 hour .
roll out thick . spread water on 1 side of the naan and place on hot tawa and fry. cook both sides and spread garlic butter serve immediately .
for the chicken ; add oil in a pan along with ginger garlic and red chilli paste , saute until you get aroma add chicken and all the spices and allow chicken to cook , after 10 minutes of cooking add the tomatoes and cook completely adding water if necessary .
assemble ; on side of garlic naan , place a sliced of avo ,, jalapeno place chicken , fried onions and dhania (coriander) . fold over and serve with chips
