Mix the vinegar and icing sugar well and set aside. Arrange all vegetables on a platter as to your liking.I assembled by starting off with a bed of shredded lettuce and drizzling the balsamic vinegar mix over, and then,arranged the cucumber on the sides. Same procedure with the radish. Finally fry pieces or cubes of samoosa pur in oil till crisp. Place the crisp pur on top of the salad and serve.
INFO & TIPS
You may add extra dressing to the top and I also sprinkled some crushed black pepper.
