2 chicken fillets cut into strips
Cook with chilli garlic paste(I used the Amina’s roast masala Zeerust) fine red chilli powder, salt to taste and 1 teaspoon oil. Cook on very low heat. Once cooked allow to cool and then shred.
In a bowl, dice cucumber 🥒, grate carrots 🥕 finely, chop tomato 🍅 finely, mix in chicken with 1 tablespoon mayo lite. Enjoy.
