INGREDIENTS
1 packet pasta 1 punnet mushrooms, sliced3 colour peppers, sliced½ cup chicken broth2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/butter1 full teaspoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon flour ⅓ cup water 1 cup fresh cream + 1 cup milk½ kg OR 2-3 chicken fillets strippedsalt to taste pepper to taste (use fine or course pepper as per preference)
METHOD
In a pot put mushrooms and pepper with butter and braise. When mushrooms are done add broth and garlic.boil for about 3-5 minutes.Dissolve flour in water, make sure there's no lumps. Add to the vegetables. Stir slowly so it mixes well. Add in cream and milk, leave to simmer uncovered for about 3-4 minutes.Add in salt & pepper chicken and pasta, mix and serve.
INFO & TIPS
~ For chicken broth cook your fillet in 1 cup of water with salt until half the water is dry, and then use the remainder of the broth.
Take the fillets and put them in a frying pan, sprinkle 2 tsp of any chicken spice of choice and a tbsp of oil and stir fry well.
~For a creamier sauce, use only fresh cream.
~if available use parmesan cheese.
